Emergency Resources

Snohomish County

  • Community Resource Center of Stanwood-Camano: A family support center in the heart of Stanwood offering emergency funds, family budgeting classes, youth and teen programs, and a free mobile dental clinic. This is also the home of PFLAG Stanwood-Camano's monthly support group meetings. 9612 271st St NW, Stanwood, WA 98292.
  • Little Green House: The Community Resource Center's resource hub, located just across the street from the main CRC building. Offers additional community resources and support services. 9527 271st St NW, Stanwood, WA 98292.
  • Cocoon House: Located in Everett, providing emergency housing and support services for youth experiencing homelessness or unsafe situations. Find the best phone number to contact based on your specific situation and age range.
  • Dawson Place Child Advocacy Center: A single location that provides all the core services needed by child victims of physical or sexual abuse, so families only have to go to one place to receive everything they need to be safe, seek justice, and heal. Find a hotline to report abuse and get assistance.

  • Globe Northwest: Formed in 2025 from the merger of PFLAG Everett-Snohomish and the GLOBE Youth Program. 2SLGBTQIA+ led and serving Snohomish County with weekly support groups, youth programs, community events, and advocacy for all generations.
  • Out in Snohomish: An LGBTQ+ social group creating space for connection, joy, and community in the town of Snohomish — casual meetups, seasonal celebrations, and a list of local affirming businesses.
  • Lifelong AIDS Alliance: A team of skilled staff who partner with clients to overcome obstacles like poverty and food insecurity that stand between them and their best possible health. Each person arrives with their own strengths and challenges, and needs care that is just as unique.
  • Snohomish County Trans and GNC Resource Guide: Created by the Ingersoll Gender Center to help trans and/or gender non-conforming folks navigate resources in Snohomish County.

Island County

  • The HUB After School: An after-school drop-in program offering social and recreational activities for middle and high school youth in a safe, supportive setting. Young people have access to games, art activities, workshops, and adult mentors. Open any day that school is in session.
  • PFLAG Whidbey Island: Provides resources and support for the local community on Whidbey Island.
  • South Whidbey Pride: Community organization maintaining a robust online resource list and a directory of local LGBTQ+-affirming businesses on Whidbey Island.

Skagit County

  • PFLAG Skagit: Promotes the health and well-being of LGBTQ+ people, their families, and friends.
